You may have already worked with us and therefore understand this process however if not we can always have that conversation to benchmark where you are and what needs to happen next in taking action and moving forward. This process is focused on changing your outcomes positively and helping you to step up a gear or continuing to help you keep on top of your career. Work Concerns and Reset Career shocks can come at any time, they can be of many varieties from being subject to in-ethical situations, receiving a poor work assessment to being told you will not be receiving the bonus because your performance does not meet the qualifying standard. Many of these shocks can come right out of the blue leaving you feeling helpless and confused about what happened, where things went wrong or even if you are going to lose your job.
