At some points in your career you can become concerned about your confidence, your ability and and become subject to work-related factors that leave you feeling unsure of how you are performing or whether you are progressing forward in line with your ambitions. Our Lead coach Margaret Eames has successfully worked through industry, reaching her ambitions in a number of very senior roles. She has worked with large complex change programmes where people are placed in complicated transition status. This places Margaret an experienced mentor. Mentorship can significantly raise your confidence levels, leadership and problem-solving abilities. A mentor can provide guidance, motivation and support with exploring careers, setting goals and moving forward with your aspirations and work with you to remove barriers to progress and help you the ‘mentee’ to structure and organise yourself to make and sustain the required change. We will work with you in developing a mutual relationship that supports, advises, challenges and helps to prepare and take action with professional improvement plans.
