Are face-to-face coaching session available?Yes some clients are really keen to have face-to-face contact. Coaching face-to-face can be provided on an agreed basis and in the main can be useful for active visioning sessions, joint problem-solving exercises and one-off Career Services. Face to face meeting can be arranged at the MEcareercoaching office in Hampshire. OR If you require the career coach to travel to you this would be considered within a reasonable distance, for which additional fees with be payable.

How qualified are your coaches?Coaches with ME Career Coaching are fully qualified Master degree level professional Coaches that have accreditation with the International Coaching federation and or the EMCC. They are bound by ethical and supervised Coaching practices. The experience of the Coach, their background and testimonials can be shared with Clients directly if required. The Coach will always introduce their background during the free discovery call.

Are my sessions private and confidential?All sessions and information shared with sessions is completely confidential and covered in a Coaching code of practice underpinned by the BACP, the ethical guidelines of the EMCC and a, individual coaching contract. The Coach will always check at the start of the session if Clients are happy to take notes, be open about their career issues and work to create shared material, which ultimately belongs to the client. At the end of the sessions the coach will ask if the Client wants to keep any data or discard it. Any Coaching material will be sent to the client and deleted from the ME Career Coaching files unless otherwise agreed. It is recommended where Clients have purchased plans that private material relating to the Coaching is retained over the sessions and then discarded at the end upon agreement.

What is your approach to career coaching and how do you customise your services to individual clients?We care and work passionately with people who want to make a difference to their career outcomes and have the ambition to step up to change and make that happen We evaluate and discuss all client’s personal statements and recommend the right course of action with us for them to move forward, whether it be developing drive to achieve ambition, a total change in career or a turnaround recovery from a career related issue. What happens when my technology fails for an online session?In these circumstances an alternative meeting capability will be offered by ME Career Coaching or the session booking will be moved with joint agreement depending on where the issue has occurred. If the issue persists in the next session and the issue falls on the side of the Client then the session will be forfeited.

What technology do I need for my 1:1 virtual coaching sessions?The technology used will be Microsoft teams. Instructions to join your virtual teams meeting will be sent to you via email each time you book your 1:1 coaching session through our on-line booking system. On the scheduled date and time you can join that meeting using the invitation link previously sent to you by email. You will need to use the Web version of Teams to access this link (you do not have to download software for this).

How much notice is required to cancel my 1:1 virtual meeting?Virtual meeting need to be cancelled within XX days of scheduled date/time. If meetings are cancelled after this period you will need to pay an additional fee, or your plan with be reduced by one meeting. Full details are contained within our T&C's section under cancellation policy.
